Centrum Południe (Centre South) is a project that will ultimately involve construction of a complex of 5 office and service buildings in downtown Wrocław. The first stage of the project includes construction of two office and service buildings:
– building C facing the Powstańców Śląskich Street,
– building D facing the Gwiaździsta Street.

Building C has 15 storeys and its height is 54.90 m. Building D is a 5-storey building with a height of 22.50 m. The two-level underground car park accommodates 305 parking spacesplaces, including 7 spaces places adapted for persons with disabilities.

Scope of works:
– ventilation system,
– fire ventilation,
– heating system,
– chilled water system,
– fire hydrant system,
– water supply and sewage system.

Completion:  VIII 2019 -VIII 2020
